License Agreement." This agreement

between 12 to 60 months.
This agreement is popular both between

to either Ltd. Companies with Paid
up Capital of 1 Crore or Foreign Entities
which have set up liaison offices

The Financial terms are usually 6
- 12 Months as Security Deposit and
a monthly or a quarterly rent in advance.

to sign a contract for 3 years with
renewable options with either a lock
